Delete Your Account

In the app (fastest)

• Open SiteWarden and go to your Account screen.
• Scroll to Account removal and tap Delete account.
• Review what will be removed, then type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email vincent@sitewarden.ai from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply. You do not need to reinstall the app.

What deletion removes

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your own workspaces with their projects, defects, photos, videos, floor plans and reports.
• Invitations addressed to you.

Workspaces you share with other people are not deleted — they stay with everyone’s work intact, and ownership passes to the longest-standing remaining owner or admin.

Defects you had already sent to contractors are retained with your identity removed, so contractors keep a record of work they were engaged to do, and completion evidence you uploaded as a contractor stays with the builder’s defect record — see the Privacy Policy for details. Copies outside our control (photos you saved to your own device, reports you exported) are not affected.
