Yes. Professional is $12 per month and Business is $15 per month. Each plan includes your internal team, including people who capture punch list items and defects. For example, five team members on Professional cost $12 per month in total. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Yes. Professional and Business include your internal team, the mobile app and an online desktop view and dashboard. Adding team members who capture site items does not increase the monthly price. Starter is for one person using the mobile app.
Business includes everything in Professional, including priority support, plus advanced team permissions, an analytics dashboard, activity history, company branding and multi-company management. It costs $3 more per month, equivalent to 10¢ more per day based on a 30-day month. WhatsApp contractor updates are an optional forthcoming feature, and API access is planned.
In the mobile app, record a video, describe the issue aloud and tap to mark photos as you film. Those moments are saved as separate photos when the recording ends. With the on-device AI Capture model installed, use the spoken description to fill empty defect fields. Existing entries and the original video are kept. Review the fields before saving the defect.
Scan a defect QR code in the PDF report to open its shared web page, with defect details, photos and playable videos. The shared link lets the recipient view the evidence without a SiteWarden account. This page is read-only; it does not let recipients edit the defect or submit contractor updates.
Business offers contractor updates through WhatsApp as a forthcoming option. It is not available on Starter or Professional. Connected contractor contacts, message allowances and any additional charges will be confirmed before launch.

Paid plans are billed monthly: $12 for Professional or $15 for Business, excluding GST. The daily prices of $0.40 and $0.50 are calculated by dividing the monthly price by 30. Your internal team is included. We confirm your plan and billing arrangements when helping you get started.
