Can the same workflow handle punch lists and defects?
Yes. Project lists can record incomplete work and defects with photos, locations, responsibility and status. The current app labels these records defects; both use the same capture and reporting workflow.
Does reporting use the same site records?
Yes. Choose which records belong in the report, then generate a PDF with the captured photos and details. The sample report shows the current output.
Are contractor WhatsApp replies available now?
No. WhatsApp contractor updates are a forthcoming option. Your demo covers the current app, desktop workspace and reporting; any future workflow is identified separately.
